We won our first collective bargaining agreement
We are proud to announce that we have won and are working towards implementing our first collective bargaining agreement (CBA). This victory is the culmination of nearly a year and a half of negotiations and over three years of exercising our right to organize our workplace.

We are the proud members of the Statewide Organized United Labor (SOUL) of Michigan United and Michigan People's Campaign.
Collectively, as the workers of Michigan United and Michigan People's Campaign, we have spent nearly a decade working to build a movement that puts people and the planet before profits. Now, we are working to bring these same advocacy efforts back home to win the justice and dignity that we, the workers, deserve.
Just as we do not believe in savior political candidates, we do not believe in savior managers or organizational leadership. We believe in the power of a union.
That is why we are working to establish long-term workplace policies that center transparency at all levels of the organizations, wages and benefits that justly compensate our labor, policies that address the roots of workplace grievances, and a seat at the table in the decision-making process of both organizations that reflects the needs and voice of every worker.
